I originally delt with IJK when i lived close to them, in the inner west. Now 5 years later living in the East I still go directly to them. Why? Because they know what the hell they are doing. They are incredibly clued up, and know PC components, software and how they integrate so precisely its almost scary. Building a custom PC is difficult because generally you are fitting together all different parts from different manufacturers and then installing an OS on top of it all. Imagine building a car from toyota, mitsubishi, honda and mercedes parts then installing a Tesla OS on it?

I used to work at Harvey Norman where they sell "out-of-the-box PC's" and couldn't care less what your requirements are, and know nothing about repairs and service, let alone how a PC actually works.
My manager used to turn customers to the manufacturer every time they had a problem. I felt bad for them .

However the guys at IJK especially Sunny know how to make it work harmoniously without any hassle. But I'll tell you what, no matter how much you spend on a laptop, or on a shiny macbook to look cool, there is absolutely no substitute for a custom built PC like the ones these guys build. It will last longer, be upgradable and parts are easily replaceable should they fail. If you ever have a problem Sunny can generally diagnose it over email and always is helpful to fix the problem whether it be software or hardware related. His knowledge is unmatched. I bought my first system off them in 2012, and apart from changing the power supply once, and upgrading my GPU for better gaming I haven't had a single problem. Now it's time to buy a new system to play the latest games, and punch out some spreadsheets for work - naturally I email Sunny and he recommends a system for me within my budget with lightning fast email response. They even have a trade-in option for your old system. Couldn't be happier - A++++
